Shipping
Orders are filled in the order they are received, thus the amount of time between receiving your order and it leaving the office can vary. If you have ordered chain that is expected to be restocked in a few days, this may also delay the shipping of your order.
We use Canpar or Canada Post for our deliveries in Canada, and UPS or FedEx in the United States. We can ship to P.O. boxes via Canada Post.
Returns
We do not sell on consignment. You may return items that arrive broken within one week of receival of the merchandise. Please ship the item back to us and you will receive a credit on your account for the damaged item.
