How much are you currently charging for gold?
Because the price of gold changes so frequently, all our gold jewelry is subject to price changes. If you would like to know the current price of gold, please feel free to contact ATG wholesale by phone 1-888-645-0508, or by email info@atgwholesale.com 

Can I come to your wholesale store in person?
Yes, our showroom is located at 100 Sheldon Dr. Unit 25, Cambridge, Ontario and is open from 9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday. You will be required to show your vendors permit. Unfortunately our American address does not yet have a showroom.

What is the minimum order?
Initial minimum orders are $150 for new accounts, and all reorders should be $50 or more. While we are not totally strict with these numbers, please remember that we have a flat shipping rate of $15. 

What kinds of jewellery do you sell?
We sell a wide variety of gold jewelry, silver jewelry, fashion jewelry, surgical steel jewelry and body jewelry. All of our wholesale jewelry can be viewed in our online catalogue.

How do you ship orders?
We ship with Canpar or Canada Post in Canada, and with UPS or FedEx outside of Canada.

How can I pay?
Orders can be paid for with Visa, MasterCard, or COD.  All first orders, if sent COD, will be for cash or certified cheque.

Do your silver prices fluctuate?
Normally they do not, unless there is a significant change in the market price of silver.

Where does your jewelry come from?
Our silver hoops and silver chains come from Italy. All other silver comes from Thailand. Our fashion and body jewelry comes from China. We take special care to make sure our jewelry is lead and nickel free.

If an item is no longer on your website does that mean I can no longer order it?
If a jewelry item has been removed from our website, it normally means it is out of stock. The majority of  silver jewelry from the most recent catalogues will be restocked.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the number of orders we have received, we normally ship an order out after 1-2 business days. Shipping times will depend on destination and border delays.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Only if you request your order to be shipped via Canada Post.
